The Voice Came to know about the Rape case in Lahore Walton road on 16.01.14 of Ayesha Bibi.
Miss Ayesha bibi is a wife of Riaz masih and daughter of Bashir Masih, caste of Christian, resident of Model colony no.2, workshop, Walton Road Lahore.
The entire incident took place on 14.01.2013 when zulfiqar brother of Riaz masih came into the room of the victim Ayesha Bibi and committed rape with the victim and after that he put the petrol on her and tried to burn her. Zulfiqar Masih had bad intentions for Ayesha Bibi since the very first day when she was married with Riaz Masih. The medical reports showed that she was accused of rape and was burned 80% when she was brought to the hospital. When the victim complained to the police and the case was filed against the in-laws of the victim in police station as Case Fir No. 57/2013 and Offence under Section 324 PPC.
On this act her in-laws became aggressive and Accused and his family filed the false case of murder on Ayesha’s brother Ashraf Masih who is 30 years old S/o bashir Masih. He was in illegal custody of the police.
But her brother was bailed as there was no criminal record and evidence found against him.
Statement of Ayesha Bibi wife Of Riaz Masih:
The marriage of Ayesha and riaz masih took place on 04.05.2003. After marriage I came to know that Riaz is a short tempered and a man of bad character. My husband was in the habbit of beating me very badly even on non- important or minor manners. The victim stated that the behavior of other family members was also same towards her. Riaz Masih’s Younger Brother; Zulfiqar Masih S/o Burra masih, resident of peera colony, Akram Park, band road, Lahore. She said told that Zulfiqar had bad intentions for the victim.
Statement of Ashraf Masih Ayesha’s Brother:
Ashraf Masih told that my sister Ayesha was not happy after her marriage. She used to come back from her in-laws to stay with her but Riaz masih threatened her and she was forced to go back to her in-laws. She used to hide her pain of the beatings which she used to get from riaz masih and his family members. After her children she was forced to stay at her in-laws or otherwise they will be killed riaz masih used to say this to my sister. And when she was burned and zulfiqar did shameful act to my sister I brought her home and riaz masih and his family members filed the false Murder case against me.
The Voice Fact Findings:
The voice team went to the residence of Ayesha bibi and after asking her that what has happened to her she told us that “Zulfiqar masih raped me and after that burned me with petrol. My in-laws were at home and no one tried to stop him and save me.” We asked about the full history of her marriage and she told us that “our took place on 04.05.2003 according to the rites and she has 4 children Namely; Miss Fiza (3 years) Miss Anushka (5 years) Miss Neha (7 years) and vishal masih (9 years). We met her children they were fully terrified by their mother’s condition. Ayesha Bibi has filed the complaint against her in-laws. Under section 491CrPc. ayesha’s bibi brother Ashraf Masih was in illegal custody of police and police was not ready to bail him. On 10.12.2013 the accused along with police raided at Ayesha Bibi’s House and arrested her brother and took him with them. Ashraf Masih was in illegal custody of police and the police was not ready to release him. The trial went on and her brother was bailed as there was no criminal record and evidence found against him.
zulfiqar was arrested and he is still in police custody he has been proved accused. Under section 376 for the rape of Ayesha Bibi.
